Yes, Liverpool John Moores University provides you with the option to pay your course fees in three instalments:
Initial Fees Deposit: £4,000 - Due before visa application
Second Installment: Remaining Balance towards 50% of the net tuition fees - Due on enrolment
Last Instalment: 50% of the net tuition fees - Due in second semester
Average net tuition fees will go from £12,500 to £13,500

Unfortunately, you can't secure a full scholarship. However, most postgraduate candidates will secure £3,000 towards their gross tuition fees.
